Some inspiration to become not only a better athlete no matter who you are and your age, but also how to be stronger in general.

Some people are strong enough to swim from Cuba to the state of Florida, the USA, at the age of 64, even though it wasn’t possible in their 20s. Here’s an amazing podcast episode with Cal Fussman and Diana Nyad, which would definitely inspire you to exercise tomorrow.

“Diana Nyad is an American author, journalist, motivational speaker, and a long-distance swimmer. Nyad gained national attention in 1975 when she swam around Manhattan and in 1979 when she swam from North Bimini, The Bahamas, to Juno Beach, Florida.”
